About Ehfaaz Ehfaaz is a circular economy company based in Dubai. We help organisations recover, repurpose, and measure value across their waste and surplus streams through our integrated ecosystem of 10 solutions, including ReClaim, Recova, ReFeed, ReProCo, ReImagine, RePartner, ReThink, ReDiscover, and our digital platforms.We are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Commercial Lead to build structure, consistency, and direction across our commercial function.The RoleThis is a key role responsible for driving revenue discipline, pricing accuracy, pipeline management, and multi-solution growth across our client base. The Commercial Lead will work closely with the CCO, managing the commercial team and ensuring our ecosystem is successfully deployed across client accounts.This is not a “traditional sales” role. It is a commercial management and revenue role designed for someone who is structured, analytical, and strong at cross-functional coordination.What You Will DoCommercial LeadershipLead the commercial function across all 10 Ehfaaz solutionsManage and coach BDMs, Strategic Account portfolios, and commercial support rolesBuild and enforce pricing structure, margin targets, and proposal standardsOversee cross-sell planning and execution within top accountsRevenue Operations & ForecastingOwn pipeline integrity, forecasting, and CRM accuracyRun weekly commercial review meetingsEnsure opportunity quality and stage hygieneBuild and manage the annual commercial planClient ExpansionSupport Strategic Account Executives in building multi-year account roadmapsEnsure clients move through the ecosystem smoothlyDrive renewals, upsells, and multi-solution adoptionCollaboration with Operations & LeadershipWork closely with operations teams to ensure capacity, delivery alignment, and margin protectionSupport the rollout of dashboardsExecution DisciplineImplement processes, templates, commercial SOPs, and reporting cadencesEnsure consistency across all proposals, contracts, and pricing decisionsWhat You Bring5–8+ years in commercial or revenue leadership rolesExperience driving revenue in operational or service-heavy industries (FMCG, logistics, recycling, facilities management, environmental services, or similar)Strong analytical and organisational skillsComfortable with CRM management and structured forecastingExperience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and client deliveryClear communication, confidence, and maturityWhy Ehfaaz?You’ll help build the region’s most complete circular economy ecosystem at a pivotal stage of growth.
