Job Description

Key Responsibilities-Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets across European markets through strategic account management-Conduct comprehensive market research on silica materials, identifying emerging trends and customer needs-Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts including major FMCG companies-Develop new client relationships and expand sales channels through strategic outreach-Serve as crucial liaison between China headquarters and European clients, ensuring smooth communication-Manage customer visits, product demonstrations, and sampling programs to drive business developmentRequirements-Able to communicate Polish and English-3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in chemical raw materials or related industries-Full professional fluency in English plus at least one local European language-Background in chemical sales, particularly silica, or experience serving oral care industry clients-Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field required-Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills-Ability to work independently while coordinating with international teamsWe Offer-Flexible remote working arrangements with occasional client visits-Clear career progression path within our growing European operations-Collaborative international business environment with global exposure-Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development support
