We thrive on combining corporate standards of excellence with an entrepreneurial approach, helping our clients launch and scale innovative products quickly and efficiently.The Role: Sales ManagerWe are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to drive our business growth in contract manufacturing services. This role is crucial for identifying and securing new B2B partnerships with cosmetic brands globally. Success requires a strategic mind that understands the corporate demands of large beauty companies, combined with the agility needed to service ambitious start-ups and product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute robust sales strategies to acquire new cosmetic brand clients seeking contract manufacturing and private label solutions.Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation (focused on B2B clients) to negotiating complex contracts.Act as the primary interface between the client and our R&D/Production teams, ensuring client needs are translated into feasible and profitable manufacturing projects.Utilize entrepreneurial insights (gained from your own experience) to advise clients on product market fit, cost optimization, and supply chain scalability.Monitor market trends in line with other departments in formulation, ingredients, and packaging to proactively present new concepts to potential clients.What You Bring (The Essentials)1. Proven Sales Leadership in the Cosmetics Sector (Mandatory)Extensive, demonstrable sales experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry, ideally with exposure to B2B services (e.g., ingredients, packaging, or contract manufacturing).Significant sales or account management experience gained within large, established cosmetic corporations or major B2B suppliers to the sector.Proven track record of securing and managing substantial, long-term B2B contracts.2. The Entrepreneurial Edge Demonstrated experience within an entrepreneurial environment is essential. This expertise is vital for understanding and meeting the needs of our clients (both large and small brands). This could include:Creating and launching your own brand or product line (hands-on experience).Founding or playing a key role in a start-up focused on a physical product.Developing and commercializing new products from concept to scale.A strategic mindset focused on problem-solving, resourcefulness, and client-centric innovation.3. Skills & QualificationsExceptional negotiation, presentation, and complex account management skills.Strong technical understanding of the cosmetic product development and manufacturing process (formulation, regulatory, supply chain).Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business) is preferred or strongly adequate experience.
