The ideal candidate will develop and execute plans that strengthen the companys presence across retail, school, and e-commerce channels while ensuring revenue growth and strategic alignment with the organizations goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the annual sales and channel development plan.Secure, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships across retail, schools, and online platforms.Oversee sell-in, sell-through, and ensure merchandising standards are met.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales promotions and marketing campaigns.Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics while identifying new growth opportunities.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 7 years of experience in channel management or commercial leadership, preferably within FMCG or education sectors.Proven ability in sales strategy development, negotiation, and relationship management.Experience managing distributors and sales teams effectively.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
