Job Title: Commercial Sales Support Specialist – DACH (Hybrid)Location: Breda, The Netherlands (Hybrid: Office/Home) Language: German (Native/C2) & English (Business/C1) About the Role: The Backbone of Project 2026CHGE is currently undertaking "Project 2026", a critical strategic transformation of our entire sales process. As we move from a reactive model to a proactive, hybrid sales engine, we need a reliable commercial anchor to support this transition.We are looking for a customer-orientated commercial support specialist to join our European sales department. In this role, you will act as the "Commercial Back Office", ensuring our external sales teams and customers in the DACH region receive world-class support.Your Mission: Customer Focus & Sales EnablementInstead of cold prospecting, your mandate is to build strong relationships and ensure smooth operations. You will be the central hub connecting our DACH clients with our internal European sales organisation.1. Commercial Back Office (The Operational Core):CRM & Data Management: You will support the team by maintaining high-quality data within Salesforce and our ERP software, ensuring the sales pipeline is accurate and up-to-date.Sales Coordination: Act as the administrative engine for the sales department, preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing internal reporting in English.Pod Collaboration: Work closely with the other members of our Customer Service team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.2. Customer-Orientated Support (The Service Core):Trusted Advisor: Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, focusing on virtual relationship management, retention, and service excellence.Inbound Response: Handle incoming enquiries from the DACH market, answering questions and guiding customers to the right solutions.Strategic Support: Assist the external sales team in executing Strategic Account Plans to drive long-term retention and satisfaction. Skills & QualificationsLanguage: Native or C2-level fluency in German is mandatory for client interaction. Business fluency (C1) in English is required for internal collaboration. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in a commercial back office, inside sales support, or customer service role within a B2B environment.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 is essential.Mindset: You are organised, service-minded, and a team player.
