We pride ourselves on building valuable relationships to help plan for a more profitable future.Role DescriptionThis is a junior sales role in our sales division for the Netherlands based in Hoofddorp The role will provide a wide range of administrative and support tasks to the sales division, which will include diary co-ordination and scheduling, inventory administration, customer service, creation and distribution of reports.Manages meeting preparations and follow-up tasks. Conducts research and information gathering and prepares summaries and reports. Summary of Duties:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, online research, and networking.Customer Contact: Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.Sales Support: Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and following up with customers.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as Marketing and Customer Service) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Knowledge, skills, and abilities:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCommercial mindset and results-driven attitudeExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEagerness to learn and develop sales techniquesComfortable using MS Office and CRM systemsPositive attitude with strong customer service skills             Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels.Excellent attention to detail·       Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work as part of a team.Good understanding of the America II product line and its competitors QualificationsEducation: MBO or HBO degree (or equivalent), preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Internship or part-time sales experience is a plus.Must be well organized, able to work under time constraints and multi-task in a fast- paced environment meeting deadlines as set by manager.Must be confident with computer systems to process orders using a complex management system.Language: Fluent in Dutch and English and proficient in German (written and spoken).
