Hybrid (mostly remote, Rotterdam-based)6 months - Start date flexible - Internship in EnglishIf I Was a Rich Girl is a small, founder-led online education business that helps women understand money, start their own business and build wealth in a sustainable, realistic way.Through courses, content and coaching, we teach women how to invest, how to think about money differently, and how to build something of their own. The vibe is: smart big-sister energy, not Wall Street bro.We are looking for a creative, social-media-fluent intern who wants to learn how to turn content into an actual business asset — not just views. You’ll be working directly with me (the founder), which means:Your ideas are seen and used, not stuck in some approval hierarchy.You’ll see the real behind-the-scenes of an online business.You’ll learn things most internships never teach you (funnels, course creation, strategy).This is not a big corporate internship. It’s me + you, and sometimes a few freelancers in the background. Lots of independence, lots of responsibility, lots of learning.What you’ll be doingThis internship will mainly revolve around social media, course content preparation, and creative thinking. Your tasks may include (but aren’t limited to):Content & social mediaSpotting TikTok & Instagram trends that fit the brandBringing fun + creative ideas for Reels/TikToks (trend-based and original)Editing short-form videos (simple but effective, we’ll build your skills)Repurposing existing contentHelping with filming during occasional content daysCreating simple but aesthetic carousels in CanvaWriting first-draft captionsPreparing content for posting (uploading, basic scheduling)Course & content library supportCleaning up transcripts so they’re usableSplitting and organizing transcripts into modules/lessonsHelping prepare slides for course videosUploading/updating lessonsCreative inputBringing examples of formats you see on TikTok/IG and how we could adapt themThinking along with me about new angles, series or content typesThis role is intentionally flexible and can evolve as we go. You’re encouraged to share your own learning goals so we can shape part of your internship around what you want to grow in — whether that’s strategy, content creation, launching products or something else.This internship might be perfect for you if…You’re an HBO/WO student (marketing, communication, creative business, media, etc.)You love social media – especially TikTok and Reels – and pay attention to what worksYou’re curious about money, business, and financial independence (or open to learning about it)You like working independently and don’t need someone checking on you every hourYou get excited about turning vague ideas into actual videos, posts, and contentYou enjoy playing with words (you don’t have to be perfect, but you do care)You have a good feeling for aesthetics (you don’t need to be a designer, but you notice when things look “off”)You don’t need to already…Know everything about investing or money (you’ll learn that here)Be a professional video editor — we keep it simple and I’ll teach you my processHave years of experience — what matters most is that you’re a fast learner, open, and proactiveIf you already have your own TikTok/IG content or edits, great.
