该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责/Job ResponsibilityResponsible for managing commercial sales team to achieve spare parts sales target, with rich experience on Consumer Goods and E-commerce, at least 10K SKU.Responsible for data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote spare parts sales.Responsible for following up with invoice and payment.Responsible for managing spare parts forecasting in quotation and regularly reviewing lost item to define parts strategy with pricing team. 工作要求/Job RequirementBachelor's degree or higher with engineering background, with above 5 years' experience in after-sales service, including at least 3 years' sales team management experience, 5-10 people team management experience is preferred.Passion for success, above 100 Mio sales team achievement experience is preferred.Familiar with tools like Power BI, proficiency in SAP is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills, resilience to pressure, strong customer service awareness.English as the working language.
