You will focus on the big picture, deeply immersing yourself in the client's world. By building strong relationships with client teams, you will drive innovative solutions to address client challenges that to help meet their objectives and KPIs. Meticulously organised, you will lead a share of Urbaine’s client account teams, ensuring the brief is delivered, scope and budget are managed, and high-quality outcomes are achieved.Your specific duties will include:Creation of integrated communications and PR strategies;Media relations including building and maintaining media contacts, pitching and media enquiries;Content creation including media releases, speeches, newsletters, website content, blog posts;Client management including tracking and managing scope, budgets, and reporting; andEvent planning including press conferences, project launches, and media tours.About the personYou are a media and communications professional with experience working in an agency environment managing client accounts. You are a passionate storyteller who still gets a buzz out of landing great media for your clients. You possess strong strategic thinking, able to develop and execute integrated communication plans that deliver measurable results. Your exceptional client management skills mean you are a trusted advisor, capable of handling complex issues with professionalism and grace.
