ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor internal and external events, celebrations, and public activities related to municipal services and initiatives.Communicate effectively with community members by providing accurate responses, guidance, and updates regarding municipal services and requirements.Promote the department’s initiatives and projects to enhance the municipality’s presence at local, national, and international levels.Support the development and improvement of service standards and participate in excellence and customer-satisfaction initiatives.Follow up on pending cases with relevant units to ensure timely completion according to approved regulations and guidelines.Conduct opinion surveys to measure community satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.Prepare periodic reports highlighting executed campaigns, challenges, achievements, and recommendations for enhancement.Ensure all required documents and information are completed in accordance with laws, regulations, and approved procedures.Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned.
