Company DescriptionAtlantic Ivy is a public speaking and debate coaching academy based in Dubai ran by the former Head Coach of the Oxford Union and Columbia University. We offer classes ranging from Introductions to Public Speaking for younger students to Competitive Debate and Model UN Courses. We have a vibrant community over 200 students from over 30 schools.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and skilled communicator to join our team. Your job will be to help manage our community and improve organizational efficiency across the organization. This is a part-time, on-site position in Dubai that will likely involve 10 to 20 hours a week of work. The responsibilities include:Managing our Social Media and Public Facing PresenceResponding to calls and messages from clients.Handle onboarding and logistics of new clients.Help manage regular operations, logistics, and and communications for classes.QualificationsNative or equivalent level fluency in English required.Strong communication and organizational skills.Chinese language fluency an extremely strong benefit, but not required.Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Urdu fluency also strong pluses, but not required.Experience encouraged, but students and strong social media savvy communicators encouraged to apply.
