Job Description

Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) requirements, and Owners Association bylaws Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs Oversee day-to-day building operations to maintain efficiency and consistently high service standards Develop and implement strategies to optimize building performance and enhance overall asset value Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, board members, vendors, and regulatory authorities Lead sustainability initiatives and support the integration of technology across the community Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management and clients Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in community managementRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 5 years' experience in Owners Association or community management Professional certification in property or community management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM) is preferred Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing Owners Associations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders Solid financial management and reporting capabilities Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility Technologically savvy, with experience using property management systems and softwareBenefits Competitive salary package Health insurance coverage Annual leave in accordance with UAE labor law Supportive and professional working environment Opportunities for professional growth and development
