You'll be crucial in overseeing the daily operations of our joinery workshop and site installations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget. If you're a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities *Supervision & Leadership:* Lead, train, and mentor a team of joiners and carpenters, fostering a productive and safe working environment. *Project Execution:* Oversee all joinery production activities, from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and finishes. *Quality Control:* Conduct routine quality inspections and final finish checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship for items like doors, windows, cabinetry, and furniture. *Planning & Coordination:* Plan and allocate daily work schedules, manage manpower, tools, and material usage to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site teams. *Technical Expertise:* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with precision. *Problem Solving:* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production issues that arise promptly to prevent delays. *Reporting:* Prepare and submit daily progress reports, keeping management informed of site activities and milestones. *Safety & Compliance:* Enforce health, safety, and company policies on-site, ensuring a safe and organized working environment that complies with industry standards.Qualifications Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the interior fit-out or joinery industry in the UAE. Strong technical understanding of joinery production methods, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret complex technical and architectural drawings. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with local and international safety standards. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (AutoCAD knowledge is often a plus).
