Community Manager

Build, grow, and manage HitchPay’s online and offline communities across social media, forums, and other digital platforms. Foster engagement by creating and managing conversations, responding to comments, and moderating community interactions. Organize and execute community events, webinars, and campaigns to strengthen brand loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather feedback, share insights, and improve user experience. Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. Identify and manage relationships with brand advocates, ambassadors, and key influencers. Track and report on community metrics (growth, engagement, sentiment) and recommend improvements. Stay updated on fintech and digital community trends to enhance HitchPay’s engagement approach. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role (preferably in fintech or tech). Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and manage online communities and foster engagement. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and community management tools. Passion for fintech, digital innovation, and customer engagement. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
