🚀 We’re Hiring: Go-To-Market Engineer (Outbound Specialist)Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM ESTOur client, an AI-powered sales automation platform, helps B2B companies scale outbound, book qualified meetings, and build predictable pipelines. Their mission? To make outbound a predictable growth engine through smart software and expert execution.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer — part strategist, part operator — to own campaign performance across targeting, messaging, sequencing, deliverability, and analytics. You’ll blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to keep outbound systems running smoothly and scaling efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain clean, compliant targeting lists using ICP matrices and suppression logic.Write and test cold email copy (no newsletters — pure outbound).Manage 100+ mailboxes and monitor deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmups).Run A/B/n tests across messaging, timing, and CTAs.Track key KPIs like open/reply rates, meetings booked, and bounce/spam health.Present campaign performance and insights in client meetings.Qualifications:2–5+ years in outbound operations, cold email, or GTM execution.Experience sending 10K–100K+ cold emails per month and managing 100+ mailboxes.Hands-on with tools like Instantly, Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.Deep understanding of deliverability management and reputation health.Strong written communication, organization, and execution skills.What Success Looks Like:✅ High-performing outbound campaigns hitting KPIs.✅ Clean deliverability and strong sender reputation.✅ Systemized experiment documentation for scalable results.Diversity Note:We believe innovation thrives in diverse teams.
