We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new ideas.Project Description:The Client is looking for a Senior consultant that can lead and drive the P&T community excellence team.This function firstly aims to foresee development & training for all involved BU stakeholders linked to our P&T processes, while ensuring the necessary development and training for all the P&T teams. Secondly to lead and organize all activities around the organizational and operational changes (change management) throughout the Client P&T activities with a goal of driving successful adoption of change. Thirdly to build the necessary communities & communication strategies, to ensure all global functions of P&T (Procurement / Transportation / Trade Compliance / Warehousing), across functional, geographical and BU boundaries are reached with the right message at the right time via the right channel.Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead, drive and develop the Community Excellence TeamManage the community excellence team, striving for a safe and collaborative environment in which all members can succeed, share ideas and develop their expertise.Provide leadership and direction, with a strategic focus on short-term, mid-term and long-term response strategies in the following areas:Change ManagementDevelopment of our employeesTraining in processes & systemsCommunication & EngagementOnboardingStriving & implementing standards / best practices to maximize efficiency & effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement within the team by defining, consolidating, and executing an improvement plan, while ensuring process standardization within community excellence subprocesses.Building Bridges Within and Outside P&TEstablish and maintain a strong relationship with the full P&T MT+, allowing for strategic alignment, as well as periodically reviewing performance, KPI's monitoring to be able to agree on joint initiatives / projects.Actively participate and/or advise in initiatives/projects aimed at strengthening stakeholder alignment, communication and engagement.Work in close cooperation with other support functions in the Client (People & Organisation as important partner).Manage an external network, outside of the Client, allowing for alignment on strategy, striving towards best-in-class processes by having outside-in views and sharing information/best practices.Provide Leadership and Direction on P&T Excellence Team as Active PTX MT MemberProvide strategy and expertise to lead the Community Excellence team.Provide global oversight and excellence related insights to the PTX MT, report to the Director Global P&T Excellence.Ensure close collaboration within the P&T excellence team and P&T MT+.As team member, contribute, challenge & implement the agreed upon strategy.Technical Profile Requirements:Master's degree (Economics, Sciences, etc.) or equivalent by experienceMinimum 10 years in people excellence (development, training, change management, communication)Experience in change management and transformation/digitalization projectsExperience with procurement, warehousing, transportation or trade compliance is a plusDeep understanding of business and process needsExperience in large, diverse multinational environmentsNon-Technical Profile Requirements:Strong leadership and people managementStrategic thinking and orientationPerformance and result drivenAnalytical and conceptual thinkingStrong communicator with interpersonal impactEthical and integrity-driven behaviorTeamwork, collaboration, and flexibilityLanguage Proficiencies:Fluent in English and DutchLocation:HobokenStandard Client policy: Currently min 3 days/week onsite presence required
