This role also involves coordinating with vendors and managing health-related programs and supplies.Key ResponsibilitiesClinic DutiesFirst Aid & Emergency Response: Provide immediate care for workplace injuries and emergencies.Health Monitoring & Medical Consultations: Check employee vital signs, assist with health concerns, and dispense medicines as needed.Inventory of Medicines: Monitor and replenish clinic supplies to ensure availability.Health Guideline Updates: Stay updated on health trends and disseminate advisories from local government agencies.HMO Assistance: Coordinate with HMO providers for LOA processing, reimbursements, hospitalization support, and benefit orientations.Clinic Setup: Ensure the clinic is equipped with all mandatory medical equipment and supplies.Health ProgramsAnnual Physical Exams: Coordinate with providers for scheduling and execution.Vaccination Drives: Organize flu and other vaccination campaigns.Health Education Sessions/Webinars: Conduct or coordinate health education initiatives.Health & Wellness Activities: Launch and facilitate wellness programs such as fitness challenges and sports events.Health & Safety (H&S)H&S Activities: Support CHSP activities and guide employees in safety practices.Fire & Evacuation Drills: Coordinate and facilitate company-wide drills.H&S Audit & Inspection: Assist during health and safety audits and inspections.H&S Supplies Monitoring: Procure and replenish safety-related supplies.H&S Updates & Tips: Disseminate daily safety tips and maintain CHSP organizational materials.Government ComplianceIncident Reporting: Document and report workplace accidents.DOLE OSH Compliance: Prepare and submit required reports (WAIR, AMR, AEDR, RSO, etc.) to DOLE.Vendor ManagementBilling Processing (Facilities & H&S Vendors): Handle billing for clinic, safety, and facility-related vendors.Housekeeping Supervision: Ensure housekeeping personnel meet company standards and manage their schedules, including OT approvals.Contract Updates & Vendor Setup: Coordinate contract amendments and vendor onboarding.QualificationsLicensed Nurse (RN)OHNAP-BOSCH CertifiedExperience in occupational health and safety( preferred )Strong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with DOLE OSH standards and HMO processesAbility to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholdersCan work with minimal supervisionEmployee TypePermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
