COMPANY SECRETARYABU DHABI UP TO 25,000 DIRHEM PER MONTHMy client, a leading international law firm are looking for an experienced company secretary to join their growing team.The RoleThe Company Secretary will have a variety of tasks.Serve as the main contact for the board, shareholders, and regulatory bodies on governance matters.Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Draft and file statutory documents and maintain corporate records.Advise management and the board on governance best practices.Manage shareholder communications and organise annual general meetings.The CandidateThe ideal Company Secretary will possess:Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, organisational, and team skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Flexibility, initiative, and dependability.Ability to build confidence and trust quickly with others.We are looking for a Company Secretary to be based in our Abu Dhabi office only (We will not consider our Dubai Office). Minimum 3 days in the office each week. Must have a bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field (Corporate Governance or Company Secretary certification is highly desirableProven experience in corporate governance, company secretarial work, or corporate law (minimum of two years preferred).
