Head of ComplianceThe Compliance Manager & MLRO is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Manage clients' annual regulatory obligations. Stay informed on international and local regulatory developments. Maintain strong relationships with external authorities. Serve as the primary point of contact with financial intelligence units.Draft, review, and advise on incorporation documents, resolutions, and filings. Lead, mentor, and develop the compliance team, promoting a high-performance culture. Assist the Leadership Team with strategic discussions. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as Law, Finance, Business etc is mandatory Minimum of 6-8 years of Compliance, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team. Proven experience as MLRO within the UAE (ADGM/DIFC) is mandatory In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, including DFSA and ADGM regulations.
