🚨 NOW HIRING: Compliance Officer – Arabic Speaker📍 Location: Meydan (for our client's team)💼 Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000We are hiring a Compliance Officer / Senior Compliance Executive on behalf of our client in Meydan. The ideal candidate will ensure full adherence to regulatory standards, AML frameworks, and internal compliance policies, while working independently and maintaining a strong compliance culture.🔎 Key Responsibilities• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.• Conduct compliance monitoring & testing to evaluate internal controls.• Support internal & external audits, prepare documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.• Manage KYC, due diligence, AML, risk assessments, and UBO frameworks.• Maintain compliance standards, including Compliance Committee practices and delegation of authority.• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.🎓 Qualifications• ACAMS certification (required)• Bachelor’s degree (required)• Minimum 2 years of relevant compliance experience• Strong understanding of AML laws, regulations, and ESR procedures• High proficiency in Microsoft Office• Strong integrity and attention to detail🛠 Core & Technical Skills• Compliance & AML expertise• Risk assessment & due diligence• ESR knowledge• Internal controls & monitoring• Documentation & reporting🌐 Language Requirements• Arabic – mandatory• English – mandatory
