Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to join our team at Nasoft. Key responsibilities :- Contribute to reviewing and analyzing current salary structures and benefits offerings to ensure internal alignment and external competitivenessAssist in developing and updating salary scales for all roles and departmentsParticipate in job evaluation processes and maintain updated job grading structuresConduct market benchmarking and salary reviews based on industry standards and sector-specific dataSupport the development of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelinesReview and audit all compensation calculations to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport the design and implementation of benefits packages that align with company strategy and employee needsCoordinate with third-party providers to negotiate benefits plans and resolve any issuesEnsure all employee benefit transactions are processed accurately and on timeSupervise monthly payroll preparation and verify that all employee changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, rate changes) are correctly reflectedEnsure timely and accurate processing of payroll updates, payments, and statutory deductionsMaintain accurate records and documentation to support financial auditsEnsure compliance with relevant laws including wage tax, tax settlement, and social/medical insurance regulationsHandle employee inquiries, requests, and complaints related to compensation and benefitsPrepare periodic reports and analytics requested by management. RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in Compensation & BenefitsHR Certificate or Diploma is requiredVery good command of EnglishAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills across MS Office SuiteStrong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and applicable legislationComprehensive understanding of salary structure design and job evaluation methodologiesExperience working with HRIS systemsStrong analytical abilities and high attention to detailStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSolid problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to meet deadlinesHigh sense of confidentiality and reliabilityStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsBenefitsWorking conditions & Benefits:- Working days: Sunday to Thursday (2 Days Off)Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMHealth, and social insuranceCareer PathLearning & Development Path
