Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory by communicating effectively and regularly with the customers and assess their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction. Set sales plans in coordination with direct manager to achieve the sales objectives. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Stay up to date on new market trends especially relating to product specifications, new products, and products developments Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in B2B Exposure to products such as life safety systems, current alarms, CCTV, solar, and medical technology Must own a car Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent command of EnglishWorking Conditions Location: Masr Elgdida Working Days: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
