Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients an Art Director to lead the creative vision and oversee design strategy across multiple high-profile projects. The ideal candidate combines exceptional artistic talent with leadership experience to guide creative teams, ensure brand consistency, and deliver outstanding visual results.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the creative team, including junior and mid-level designers. Develop and maintain the overall artistic vision for projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Review and approve creative work, ensuring it meets quality, brand, and project standards. Collaborate with project managers, marketing, and other departments to align creative output with business objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to the design team, fostering professional growth. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Participate in client presentations and provide strategic creative direction. Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standard.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. 6–12 years of experience in creative design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior design role. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking. Excellent proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.). Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
