Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll play a key part in building strategic partnerships, managing a strong sales pipeline, and driving consistent business growth.What You’ll DoIdentify and approach high-potential B2B clients across the real estate market.Build, manage, and grow long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers.Deliver tailored presentations and close deals through strong negotiation.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.What You Need to SucceedMinimum 1 year of experience in: B2B Sales, Direct Sales, Corporate Accounts, Merchant Acquisition, SaaS, Marketing Services, Medical Rep or Medical Insurance.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A proactive, results-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary + an attractive commission plan.Medical and social insurance.Transportation allowance for client visits.Fixed working hours: Sunday–Thursday (11 AM–7 PM or 10 AM–6 PM).Two days off: Friday & Saturday.
