Based in Jakarta and Bali, we manage various functions including HR, legal, finance, administration, IT, and public relations. By offering systematic and efficient support, we help each business unit achieve its best performance with solutions tailored to the local market environment. Manage HR activities across 6 core corporations : DGI (Daewoong Group Indonisia), DPI (Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia), DBI (Daewoong Bio Indonesia), Selatox Bio Pharma, EZMedicom International, CBI (CGBio Indonesia)Your Role in this Journey:The Compensation & Benefits position is responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with government regulations related to tax and BPJS, administering employee compensation and benefits packages, and conducting data analysis and reporting to support HR decision making. The role also handles employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits and ensures smooth HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.1. Payroll and Data Management- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate calculation and disbursement of salaries for all employees.- Manage and maintain the payroll database for both Head Office and Branch Offices, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.- Ensure the accuracy of employee data related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security), BPJS Kesehatan (healthcare), and other medical insurance plans.- Lead the implementation of our new HRIS system from its initial setup to the go-live phase, ensuring a smooth transition and full functionality.- Drive the automation of the payroll process by transitioning from manual calculations to a fully integrated HRIS-based system.2. Compensation & Benefits Administration- Administer and oversee the implementation of employee compensation and benefits packages.- Conduct regular analysis on compensation and benefits structures, including salary adjustments, increments, salary banding, and private insurance.- Handle and respond to all employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.3. Compliance & Reporting- Ensure all payroll, compensation, and benefits processes are in full compliance with local tax, labor, and company regulations.- Prepare and submit all monthly and annual tax forms accurately and on time.- Manage all HR data effectively from the onboarding to the offboarding processes.- Provide regular weekly and monthly HR reports to support management's decision-making.Who We’re Excited to Meet:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a proven track record of HRIS implementation and payroll automation.2. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax and labor regulations. Prior experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.3. Excellent analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong communication skills to handle inquiries and create reports.4. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus.5.
