Compliance Officer

 We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to support licensing requirements, monitor regulatory obligations, and ensure all operations follow applicable laws and internal policies.  ResponsibilitiesOversee compliance frameworks and internal controls.Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements ( EU standards / local laws depending on jurisdiction).Review marketing materials, communications, and client-facing content to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.Prepare, update, and maintain compliance reports and documentation.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and staff training.Liaise with regulators and external legal advisors when necessary.Ensure proper record-keeping, KYC/AML procedures, and operational compliance.RequirementsProven experience in Compliance within fintech industry.Strong understanding of AML/KYC principles and regulatory frameworks.Excellent command of English; clear and precise communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to work independently.Experience working with international regulatory bodies is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Stable long-term cooperation with a reputable financial company.Remote or hybrid mode (depending on applicant’s location).Opportunity to work with a global team in a growing sector.
