Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Operations with 15+ years of leadership experience to oversee and elevate our company’s operational functions. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in optimizing business operations, managing complex travel and immigration processes, and maintaining strong government and law enforcement relationships. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Leadership & Strategic Operations Management: Provide executive oversight of all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce operational risks. Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation. 2. Corporate Administration & Facility Management: Oversee global office operations, including facilities management, security protocols, and workplace safety compliance. Ensure seamless administrative support for C-suite executives and senior leadership. Direct large-scale procurement, asset management, and infrastructure planning. 3. Global Travel & Immigration Compliance: Spearhead corporate travel strategy, including executive travel coordination, visa processing, and expatriate relocation. Maintain expert-level knowledge of international immigration laws, visa regulations, and diplomatic protocols.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and global immigration authorities to expedite critical documentation. Mitigate risks related to international business travel, work permits, and cross-border compliance. 4. Government & Law Enforcement Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for high-level engagements with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and government bodies. Facilitate security clearances, background checks, and legal compliance for sensitive operations. Advise executive leadership on regulatory changes, geopolitical risks, and compliance requirements. Resolve crisis situations involving legal, security, or governmental challenges. 5. Risk Management & Corporate Governance: Establish enterprise-wide policies for operational risk mitigation and crisis response.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate ethics, and international business regulations. Oversee confidential investigations, audits, and compliance reviews as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred). 15+ years of senior leadership experience in operations management, with at least 7+ years at the director level or above. Extensive network within government, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies (immigration, national security, corporate compliance). Deep expertise in global visa processes, international business travel, and expatriate legal requirements. Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and influence executive decision-making. Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and crisis-resolution skills.
High proficiency in ERP systems, operational analytics, and corporate governance frameworks.
