The Choice is seeking an immediate Contract Analyst for our client, a highly reputable global advisory firm.The conflict check team at this firm is responsible for high-level risk assessments, conflicts of interest, client and new hire due diligence, and assisting with RFPs. The Conflict Analyst will be responsible for supporting the firm’s conflict management process, and performing conflict checks under the direction of the firm’s Conflict Management leadership.Schedule: 8:30AM-5:30PM PST (Pacific time) required, with occasional weekend coverage.Contract term: Immediate and definite potential for temporary to hire if it is a good fitLocation: Fully remote, but strongly preferred residence on the West CoastRequirements:1-3+ years of experience in conflict analysis, client intake, AML, or the legal fieldCompleted Bachelor's degreeProven and demonstrated experience in Boolean search logic is mandatoryExperience with Intapp OpenGeneral understanding of the legal and/or business consulting industries preferredGeneral understanding of conflict of interest and new client intake principlesResponsibilities:Ensure sufficient information is gathered to perform a conflict of interest analysis, which may involve discussions with senior staff and independent research through external sources, including Pacer and others, as needed.Perform analysis via conflicts analytics tool, using policies and procedures as guidance in issue identification.Identify and summarize all potential conflict of interest issues for resolution with the team supervisor.Act as liaison with senior staff on issue mitigation and/or resolution.Maintain conflict database, ensuring all data is accurate through quality control reviews.Other duties as requested.
