From our network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US, we work with the world's leading organisations. We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate complex logistics operations for pharmaceutical construction activities including material deliveries, equipment transport, and site access managementDevelop comprehensive logistics strategies for specialized pharmaceutical equipment including cleanroom components, process equipment, and sensitive instrumentationManage construction site layout optimization to ensure efficient material flow while maintaining contamination control and cleanroom integrity requirementsCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to schedule deliveries according to construction sequences and critical path activitiesOversee warehousing, storage, and material handling procedures for pharmaceutical-grade materials requiring specific environmental conditions and traceabilityImplement inventory management systems and material tracking protocols to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirementsCoordinate crane operations, heavy lift activities, and specialized equipment installations for process equipment and infrastructure componentsManage site access controls, security protocols, and visitor management systems to maintain pharmaceutical facility security standardsDevelop contingency plans for logistics disruptions and coordinate alternative solutions to maintain project schedule adherenceQualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in construction logistics coordination, preferably within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical construction requirements including cleanroom logistics, contamination control, and GMP compliance during constructionExperience with project scheduling software, logistics management systems, and material tracking technologiesUnderstanding of heavy equipment transport, rigging operations, and specialized equipment installation proceduresExcellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders and complex delivery schedulesFamiliarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards affecting construction logistics and material handlingBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fieldD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
