Construction and testing activities carry out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner. Ensure project construction budget under teir responsibility - both cost and bill of quantity meet with the budget planAs part of construction management team, they responsible in development of the key document of the construction - Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan by providing particular detail plan, where both of particular detail plan have to be develop efficiently and meet with the project purposes.
