Job Description

Must Have- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HR management experience, preferably in multinational or joint-venture environments.-Willing to be located in Kalimantan- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin-Strong understanding of all HR modules (recruitment, C&B, employee relations, compliance).-Independent and proactive; able to propose ideas, not just execute instructions.-Flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt to different working cultures.-Able to work comfortably within a Chinese corporate and state-owned enterprise (SOE) environment.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
