Sigma Digital Nusantara is seeking a creative and results-driven Streamverse Performance Accelerator to lead our live commerce growth initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing performance through strategic optimization, data-driven insights, and impactful collaboration to boost brand visibility and sales performance across streaming platforms.Job Description:Manage and organize live streaming schedules for talents in line with performance targets and campaign strategies.Coordinate with talents, advertisers, and related teams to ensure smooth execution of live sessions.Monitor live performance metrics (viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and GMV) and ensure compliance with platform SOPs (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, etc.).Collaborate with the advertiser team to plan promotional strategies, product placements, and ad budget allocation during live sessions.Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to track trends and evaluate strategy effectiveness.Develop recommendations for improving live streaming strategies to enhance efficiency and sales impact.Ensure all live streaming activities align with brand guidelines and platform regulations.Job SpecificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.Strong understanding of the live commerce ecosystem, including platform SOPs (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, etc.).Basic knowledge of advertising and e-commerce store management.Ability to analyze live performance data and create insightful evaluation reports.Excellent communication skills and proven ability to coordinate across teams (talent, advertiser, marketing, and operations).Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and platform analytics dashboards.
