Construction Manager

Responsibilities:• Lead construction activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.• Manage site logistics, documentation, and compliance.• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report updates.• Enforce safety standards and control costs.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.• 12+ years in construction management.• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, BIM.• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.• PMP, CCM, or LEED certifications preferred
