Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities:• Define and manage project scope, goals, risks, and resources.• Ensure delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.• Lead project communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates.• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and subcontractor activities.• Conduct review meetings and resolve technical issues.• Support business development through proposals and estimates.• Advise senior management and mitigate project risks.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.• 20+ years in project management, including PMC experience.• Strong knowledge of construction, codes, and real estate development.• PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.• Skilled in project software, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
