Maintenance Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE:To oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities within an organization, this role includes supervising maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and contributing to the overall reliability and operational efficiency of equipment and facilities.Education and Certifications· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.· SCE membership (required)· MBA or Masters in a related field (Preferred)Experience:· 2-3 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role, within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
