Construction Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai/RAK. You will need experience of working across large scale projects from a supervision / project management perspective as the role will involve working on a high end projects.Responsibilities:Work within established project objectives to produce plans, schedules and reporting requirementsResponsible for delivery of small projects or assist deliver medium and large scale projects, reporting to the project leadIdentify project risks or issues and propose mitigation options to the project lead to ensure the project is not adversely impactedAssist in the preparation and management of the project programme(s)Prepare project management scope deliverablesManage change controlManage and monitor project processes and proceduresInteract effectively across all project partiesCoordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractorsResponsible for the delivery of timely and accurate project data collection, analysis and reportsUse own knowledge and industry experience to assist in the management of project consultants and contractorsAssist the project lead on any project requirements or prioritiesConstruction management support on siteSkills, experience & qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentPrevious experience delivering built asset projectsGood communication skills including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleaguesAbility to manage relationships with external stakeholdersCommercial acumen and organisational understandingLogical approach and ability to think through complex issuesManage and coordinate aspects of the projectCollaboration and teamworkProficient in using relevant project management software's and systemsOur corporate valuesAt Currie & Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
