That's why we foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development – empowering our team members to grow personally and professionally.Position OverviewThe Construction Manager for Manufacturing Buildings manages the construction of GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities, ensuring all works comply with design specifications, cleanroom requirements, and safety standards. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving onsite issues to maintain schedule and cost performance. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and quality teams to support technical validation. It also plays a key role in preparing CTOD packages to achieve mechanical completion.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee construction of manufacturing and cleanroom buildings. Ensure adherence to GMP, design intent, and safety requirements. Monitor construction progress and interface management across buildings/utilities. Coordinate contractor activities and manage daily site operations. Resolve technical and construction issues promptly. Support inspection readiness and quality compliance. Collaborate with engineering and commissioning on technical queries. Ensure accurate CTOD documentation for turnover and mechanical completion. Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering or Construction. 7+ years experience in manufacturing/cleanroom construction. Strong understanding of GMP and technical building requirements. Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary interfaces. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
