About The TeamThe Regional Funding Management team supports the growth of Monee’s business by raising external funding (channeling, ABS, corporate loans and others) and optimising the funding allocation in different markets.Job DescriptionMaintain funding allocation budget and management reports for decision-making and draw out actionable insights for funding allocationWork closely with the business development team, credit risk team and BI team to maintain cash flow projection model and liquidity managementWork with funding PMO, finance team, tax team, compliance team and other related stakeholders to design and finetune the structure of funding projectsDrive ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external useRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related fieldRelevant internship or practical experience preferredStrong foundation in accounting and financial principles; exposure to consumer lending is a plusExcellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication; ability to engage with stakeholders across the organizationAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with SQL is an advantage
