Construction Manager (high-rise, residential) Abu Dhabi/Ras Al Khaimah (2 separate roles)Permanent - on site Our client is currently developing a new residential building in Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a capable and experienced Construction Manager to join the team and oversee project delivery through the construction phase. Role:We are looking for a hands-on, site-based Construction Manager to lead the day-to-day construction oversight of our development. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality. The ideal candidate has experience working client-side (developer) during the construction phase of residential or mixed-use developments in the UAE. Key Role Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from pre-mobilization through to completion and handoverSupport the procurement process for the Main Works contractor and critical packagesMonitor contractor performance, site logistics, program adherence, and quality controlAct as the primary on-site representative of Hive, managing day-to-day communication with the contractor and consultantsParticipate in regular site meetings, progress reviews, and reportingProactively identify and manage construction risks and interface issuesCollaborate closely with the internal Design Lead to ensure buildability, adherence to design intent, and resolution of site-related design mattersAssist with approvals, inspections, and coordination with relevant authoritiesIdeal Candidate Profile: Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in construction/project delivery rolesUAE-based experience is essential; familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah is an advantagePrior experience working on the developer/client side preferred; consultant or contractor backgrounds also consideredProven track record delivering mid- to high-rise residential projectsStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive site progress and manage multiple stakeholdersExposure to procurement processes and contract administration is a bonus QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldPMP, MRICS, or equivalent credentials a plus
