In this role, you’ll oversee residential and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through close-out, implementing efficient systems and ensuring that documentation, schedules, and coordination run flawlessly.If you’re a highly organized professional who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex construction projects, this role will let you make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, growing environment.What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)Develop and maintain organized internal project management systems and workflows.Manage pre-construction processes: DOB filings, permit tracking, and bid coordination.Conduct bid solicitations, evaluations, and leveling to ensure scope accuracy.Oversee on-site progress through coordination with field teams and subcontractors.Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies.Track documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure compliance.Lead project close-out processes including punch lists and CO/TCO acquisition.Maintain consistent communication across all project stakeholders.What You’ll Bring (Educational Background & Experience)Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.4+ years of experience managing construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and NYC regulations.Experience developing systems for document control and project tracking.Proficiency with DOB filings, plan reviews, bid analysis, and leveling.Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Strong organizational and leadership abilities with attention to deadlines and detail.Tools You’ll Use (Technical Skills)📐 Project & Document Control: Monday.com (or similar), Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit📊 Data & Analysis: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel (advanced for bid leveling & budgeting)📧 Communication: Google Workspace, Email, WhatsAppInterpersonal and Professional Strengths (Soft Skills)✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and organization✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills in English (written & verbal)✔️ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines✔️ Independent worker who thrives in collaborative environmentsWhat to Expect from the Hiring Process:1️⃣ 15min Intro Call – A quick, friendly chat to get to know you2️⃣ Test Project – Show us your skills with a hands-on task3️⃣ Interview with Hiring Manager – Deep dive into your experience4️⃣ Client Interview – Final conversation with our U.S. client📢 Ready to Apply?If you’re ready to take ownership of high-impact construction projects and help shape efficient, well-built spaces, we want to meet you!
