Job Description

At Omnicom Colombia, home to GMR, a leading experiential agency where global projects come to life, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid project management experience who wants to be part of a growing organization within the newly created Enablement Office (EO). What you’ll do:Plan, estimate, and define the scope of assigned programs with capability leaders.Support the project owner in daily management and future planning.Oversee financial and operational reporting, including scope, resources, change management, and risks.Implement stakeholder communication plans with clear roles and responsibilities.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize processes.Participate in conflict resolution and strategic decision-making.Collaborate with the Enablement Office to develop and standardize best practices.Lead new business initiatives, such as RFP development and delivery.Manage experiential marketing projects across digital and physical spaces.Monitor workflow, manage changes, and ensure project profitability.Assign resources, create estimates and roadmaps, and ensure end-to-end execution.What we’re looking for:University degree or equivalent experience (Project Management background preferred).Agency experience or similar environment.Experience leading direct reports.Knowledge of mid to large-scale project management.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Knowledge of project management tools; PMP or Agile is a plus.Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.What we offer:Lead teams and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.Work on high-impact global projects.Dynamic, collaborative environment with professional growth opportunities.Enjoy a dynamic, flexible, and people-centered work environment with a healthy work–life balance.Benefit from stability and well-being programs, including private health insurance assistance, an employee fund, and extra personal time off (birthday half-day included).Hybrid work model
