Construction Project Manager – Major Abu Dhabi DevelopmentA leading master developer renowned for delivering landmark projects across the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a flagship development in Abu Dhabi.Role Overview:As Construction Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale, mixed-use development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractor relationships, and ensure delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of construction from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams, consultants, and contractors.Develop and implement robust project management processes and reporting systems.Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety requirements.Foster stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large-scale, mixed-use or infrastructure developments in the UAE or GCC.Proven track record delivering projects valued at AED 1 billion+.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and best practices.PMP or similar certification is a plus.Remuneration:Monthly salary: AED 65,000 – 72,000 (plus benefits)Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEConfidentiality:All applications will be handled with the strictest confidence.
