We frequently collaborate across offices, bringing unique perspectives to our clients and teams across the world.The role As a Consultant in our Singapore office, you will join a lean, ambitious team supporting project execution and acquisition. You will report to the Singapore Director and Manager while structuring project activities, outputs, and guiding junior staff in deliverables.Your key tasks include:conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on ESG and impact topics to generate insights for reports and project documentation;developing models and frameworks that assess and measure ESG and impact performance and help integrate these into client operations, including drafting policy and framework documentation;writing clear, comprehensive reports and compelling narratives based on research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and project communication, and developing visually engaging presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders;training client teams on ESG and impact concepts, tools, or frameworks to strengthen institutional knowledge and capacity;contributing to business development by creating pitch decks and proposals to solve sustainability problems for new and existing clients;representing the firm externally by building and maintaining professional networks through active engagement with peers, clients, and partners to support project delivery and expand the firm’s reach.We provide guidance and expect you to show initiative in exploring and developing your own solutions. Our dedicated mentoring and exposure to various clients and industries ensure a steep learning curve.This is a full-time position.The profile We seek a committed self-starter with 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in:managing projects on tight timelines across various stakeholders and objectives, while delivering excellent project outcomes and strengthened team and client relationships;communicating and presenting sustainability concepts to people with different levels of expertise;implementing ESG and impact best practices in consulting, financial services, or corporate settings;applying industry frameworks, standards and methodologies (e.g., IFC performance standards, Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials, Operating Principles for Impact Management, etc.);and aligning objectives and operations of investors, asset managers, insurance companies, startups or large corporates.As a small Singapore team, the ideal candidate thrives in a start-up-like environment, actively expands the office, and helps institutionalise best practices. You also bring:a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Business, Engineering, International Relations, Finance). Candidates with a quantitative background are preferred; a drive to take ownership and carve your own path within the company in a collaborative environment;ability to balance deep analytical work with ad-hoc operational tasks;alignment with Steward Redqueen’s mission and affinity with the firm’s focus and activities; and strong verbal and written communication skills. Though we offer a flexible hybrid work environment and accommodate our colleagues’ schedules, our Singapore team prefers collaborating in-office to stimulate creativity and knowledge sharing.
