This is a critical, multi-faceted role that will serve as the hub for all post-entry customs adjustments, data management, and the development of internal and client-facing technology platforms.The ideal candidate must be adept at leveraging the Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Forms, App Script, Looker Studio, etc.) to design, build, and maintain these essential tracking and request systems. If you have a passion for data and excel at building efficient solutions within the Google ecosystem, this is the role for you!Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain an internal platform to allow internal stakeholders to check the status of their customs adjustments and corrections. Oversee the day-to-day status changes of adjustments & corrections for the group of companiesProvide the Consulting Manager with daily reports detailing outstanding amendments, rejects, and daily acceptances. Proactively file status requests with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) after the 90-day amendment deadline is not met. Ensure all adjustments and corrections are billed precisely and accurately. Achieve agreed upon targets in regards to reporting and deadlinesComplete necessary administrative tasks and other duties as required to support the consulting team. Continuous improvement through feedback and professional developmentQualificationsQualifications and SkillsStrong aptitude for technology; experience in platform development, database management, and system design is required. Must be proficient in the Google Workspace ecosystem, including advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills, and experience with Google App Script or similar low-code development tools is a significant asset. Basic understanding of CBSA regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy are non-negotiable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and client interaction.
