The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal team members, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional presence at all times.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficientlyMaintain a tidy and organized reception areaManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveriesSchedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and support administrative tasksAssist various departments with data entry, filing, and document preparationProvide general office support to ensure smooth daily operationsQualifications:Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional demeanor with a positive attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionReliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHow to Apply:Please submit your resume.
