As our Consumer Customer, Risk Manager, Nordics, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to address business risk exposure in consumer markets across Finland, Norway, and Sweden. You will own, develop and manage the risk process and risk register while actively supporting the organization driving risk awareness and mitigation.About The RoleRisk strategy execution & process ownership:Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk management strategies for the Nordic Consumer Customer segmentMaintain and update the risk register, ensuring all risks are identified, assessed, mitigated and continuously reviewed according to company policyFacilitate the risk management process, including reporting to management and leadershipBusiness support & collaboration:Provide expert guidance to the organization on business risksCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure risks are considered in all business decisionsDeliver training and support to internal stakeholders on risk management strategiesPromote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk mitigation across teamsDeliverables:Prepare and present risk assessment reports, including recommendations and action plansFacilitate and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policiesDefine guidelines and templates for risk documentationSupport project deliveries by identifying risks, proposing mitigation actions, and ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and quality targets.About YouBase knowledge of the electricity commodity marketProven experience (3+ years) in risk management, preferably related to energy or commodity marketsStrong people management and collaborative skillsExcellent written and oral presentation skillsAcademic degree in a relevant field (business, finance, engineering, or similar).Fluent in English (oral and written)We offer youAt Fortum, we believe in a better future and want to be involved in shaping it.
