We are committed to providing clinicians, and their patients, with comprehensive and high-quality tools and resources for diagnostics of genetic conditions. Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be a Commercial Finance business partner to our global sales and business development teams responsible for the preparation of monthly sales results and analysis to provide visibility to the price and volume drivers of growth. Reporting is also provided at a representative level by country/customer/product to track performance.You will work closely with our local operations and global commercial teams from Australia to Canada and Europe, as well as co-operate with our parent company Quest Diagnostics’ counterparties in the US. Our international presence will require some flexibility with working hours to meet different time zone requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how growth strategies are developed in a global, fast-growing life sciences company.Your Day-to-day Tasks Will IncludeWorking closely with global commercial teams to define and execute sales reporting needs, eg, monthly review package, top performers etc. Leading the Commercial team through the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and subsequent building of the annual revenue and volume budgets Supporting decisions around pricing and tender submissions Participating in finance digital development and acting as a super user for Power BIQualificationsWe are looking for a team member who is passionate about supporting business management through financial processes.
