Job Title:Operations Manager – Content & Client DeliveryLocation: Egypt (On-site – Remote temporarily until office launch)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: 60,000 to 75,000 EGP based on experience About ATEAM ManagementATEAM Management is a Dubai-based personal branding agency specializing in real estate.We build high-performing personal brands through structured short-form video systems, strategy, and paid amplification.We are expanding operations in Egypt and building a high-performance content team capable of producing hundreds of strategic videos monthly.We operate on systems, structure, and accountability — not chaos.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee execution across all client accounts and internal teams.You will be responsible for ensuring:• Deadlines are met• Teams are aligned• Clients are updated• Systems are followed• Leadership decisions are implementedYou will manage the day-to-day engine of the company.This is a leadership role focused on structure, performance, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management• Oversee editors, reviewers, and account managers• Ensure daily output targets are met and inputting those targets• Track performance and identify bottlenecks• Maintain workflow discipline and SOP adherenceClient Delivery Oversight• Ensure content is delivered on time• Monitor client satisfaction• Coordinate with Creative Director on strategy execution• Escalate issues to leadership when necessarySystems & Process Management• Improve operational workflows• Track KPIs and performance metrics• Maintain organized file structures and internal systems• Build scalable processes for growthLeadership Support• Translate leadership vision into actionable execution• Ensure company standards are maintained• Drive accountability across departmentsRequirements• 2+ years experience in operations, project management, or agency management• Experience managing creative or marketing teams• Strong organizational and leadership skills• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously• Strong communication skills (English required)• Experience working with structured workflows and KPIs
