The Senior Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for budget preparation, monitoring and controlling project costs, providing cost analysis reports, and ensuring that the project expenditures remain within the approved budget. Additional tasks include close collaboration with project managers to analyze financial performance, implement cost-saving measures, and support project planning by providing accurate cost-related insights.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Control with a strong understanding of budgeting methodologiesAnalytical Skills to evaluate financial performance and identify actionable insightsExperience in Cost Reporting and creating detailed financial summariesExpertise in Project Control to ensure efficient utilization of resources and financial trackingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil or Arch Prior experience in the construction and fit out industry is highly desirable
