As our content ecosystem scales, we’re hiring a Content Operations & Analytics Associate to ensure our creative engine runs on precision and insight. This role sits at the intersection of content, data, and growth — driving faster decisions and sharper storytelling.Your Responsibility: Content Operations: Manage day-to-day execution of content posting, scheduling, and community response across Instagram and TikTok.Performance Tracking: Build and maintain live dashboards and daily reports to track engagement, reach, and conversion performance.Insight Generation: Identify content patterns that drive high engagement and make actionable recommendations to the creative team.Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with expert, brand, and content teams to ensure all posts are data-informed and aligned with Tentang Anak’s growth strategy.Continuous Optimization: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to improve social media effectiveness.You’re a Fit If:You’re analytical, fast, and detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting trends in data.You love operational excellence — no missed posts, no outdated dashboards.You thrive in high-speed, collaborative environments where priorities can shift daily.You bring at least 1–3 years of experience in social media operations, analytics, or digital marketing.You’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and comfortable interpreting data into insights and recommendations.A plus: background in marketing, health, or medical fields.
